All, Oil Price Spirals Lower As Saudis Leak (Reuters) Oil prices on Monday extended last week's heavy slump amid growing evidence that Saudi Arabia is leaking additional exports. Full Story: dailynews.yahoo.com All said, IMO, I believe the price of oil will adjust and settle at a healthy price. With this in mind, I believe TLM's increased production will bode well in a market where oil is undergoing a correction. On the chart we have a support zone at 30, stochastic indicator is bottoming out, indicating a technical bottom for profit taking. IMO, I believe we will see a healthy reversal in the next couple of days even if TLM bottoms out at around 29.50 to register a double bottom. Long and confident on TLM, expecting the grand white marubozu soon. Ed
