Dear Steve: I dont know but foolish to surmise. Could be a convenience thing, could be his personal corporation, could be an attempt (failed) for secrecy. There are just so many possibilities. If we only knew the purpose of the company we might have a lead on it. Anyhow, as shareholders we have a right to know at least if its an MVIS subsidiary. JDN
