Jeffrey: I spoke with Tamara Ehlin @ DOCU IR: she was unaware of this announcement and therefore could not comment until the company officially releases the news. However, she indicated the key word in the document is 'extension': that is, this is not the new contact DOCU is bidding for but rather a renewal/continuation of an existing agreement. She said there has been no word yet on the major DD bid (multi-year, multimillion) but DOCU is a clear front runner (paraphrasing her words). Today's renewal suggests the same parties who will be deciding on the large contract continue to be satisfied with Docucon's performance.
