Maguire is particularly sensitive to the cyclical appendage. He stated that since demand was so great and supply so tough to come up with, they are instituting two basic procedures: 1) Price increases and , 2)Annuitized, long-term contracts as the preferred provider.

This means that the money that KEM spends in capital equipment to make production numbers of capacitors now will be amortized over a longer length of time, and they will get more money for their products.

I would like to see them get acquired, actually or diversify out of capacitors.
