Where in the spread between $3.20 a share and $8 a share do you expect it to be by this fall? Rambus wants 20% of the profits of the DRAM industry for 0.01% of the IP. It's trying to abuse the cross-licensing legal structure that has evolved in the industry over the years. It's a swindle, and I don't think they're going to get away with it.
