You are using other people's money...

If balanced correctly you can use the cash from one to help pay for any assignment of other calls or puts.
Correct?
Any you simultaneously get to participate in quick rallies to either direction.
Is the cash you receive from selling the call or put, immediately liquid.
Does it eat up your margin?
