I think they just put the Kitchen sink under 'internal' marketing....

(with new era Tongue in Cheek Accounting) theoretically,,,,Employee payroll (stock options),,,,using special effort to wrap a package could justify 'internal marketing' expense....with that logic...you could make an argument that payroll taxes ??...What payroll taxes..??....
