Actual EPS are $0.54. From the news release:

"Information presented on a pro forma basis excludes certain tax adjustments, which eliminated tax expense for the recently completed quarter and resulted in the Company recording a net tax benefit of $2.5 million. Including the tax benefit results in an increase in 2000 second quarter net income available to common shareholders to $8.6 million, or $0.54 per diluted share."
