OS/400 V4R5 operating system concurrent with its general
availability from IBM on July 28th, 2000.

ensure full support for OS/400 V4R5. The Company has completed a
full series of rigorous software compliance tests at the IBM
Rochester Lab in Minnesota as well as in-house to ensure that all
DataMirror software will be available and fully supported on V4R5
immediately upon the release of the new operating system. IBM
OS/400 V4R5 is currently deployed on multiple IBM AS/400 systems
located at the Company's headquarters.

Server will support OS/400 V4R5 concurrent with its release on
