HI DS Just tuned in and surprised.I read your notes and wanted to thank you.A couple of things I would appreciate clarification on. 1)Is Spinco a semiconductor company with some access to qualcom patents at no cost which will cross license with GSM IPR and software stack for wcdma and hence produce all flavors of cdma chips? 2)Qualcom still gets royalty payments from all form of cdma with out any compromise and essentially becomes a research &development house?
