You bring up a good point. Again however, this points out the long term nature of the purchase. People are so often focused on the day to day that they can't see the bigger picture. I'll use the analogy of a train. You can hear it long before you see it. Most people only accept it when they can't get out of the way. Case in point is the legal proceeding. Its long, drawn out, and moving at a snails pace, but the outcome is pretty clear. Similarly, the revenue stream is becoming clear with each quarter. Some have a narrow view in setting unrealistic price targets over very near term windows ($80 for example within a quarter). Its not going to happen. Long term the price will reach $280, but this is in a 2 - 3 year time horizon. Most people don't have the tenacity to wait that long.
