McGinn should never have been chosen as CEO and that is to
the shame of the BOD. The future with McGinn is very dim
at best. The competition is rushing into the future while
McGinn is trying to repair the mistakes of the past, largely
of his own doing. The spin offs should incl. Bell Labs and
the Fiber Optics Div. etc.
