I don't understand this logic. First off, obviously those who leave any of the companies you mentioned are not "lifers". I also know quite a few people in these companies who have done very well for themselves once they left the companies you mentioned. In fact, those who left the companies you mentioned, don't fit at all into the generalizations you've made. IMHO, I think you're missing out on some very good people if you pass them over just because they once worked for LU, ATT, and PACBELL. Ray >What does LU expect?
