MADRID, July 25 (Reuters) - Terra Mobile, part of Spanish telecoms group
Telefonica , has agreed to develop Internet technology and services for mobile
telephony with U.S. software and applications company Phone.com Inc .

Terra Mobile -- a joint-venture involving Internet unit Terra Networks and
Telefonica's mobile arm -- was seeking partnerships to develop a wireless
Internet portal and manage Telefonica services worldwide.

Terra Mobile announced earlier on Tuesday that it had spent 230 million euros
