Kevin, concur on concerns for insider selling as it seems true for the other semis as well such as AVX and VSH as I recall. PWEI should be ok as it came back to test base and still finished above pivot point. I bought more yesterday when it dipped under $19 but will probably sell short term as I have nearly 25% of my portfolio in PWEI now (due to gains) and that is too heavily weighted, esp. with it being in a weak sector ("D").
