There certainly isn't a shortage of articles like that on the Internet...what's happening to LUCENT is the stuff dreams are made of for financial writers. It makes their job so much easier. Writing about a company that has just announced that its results in the next two and possibly three quarters will be flat makes the writing easy. You just beat on the company from every angle.

If later the company comes back quicker than expected the writer can lay on a few nice words and then be forgotten...right now we need some big institutions to make a couple of purchases...we need support. Of course LUCY just announced another acquisition which never helps the buyer which is evident as we watch the ticker go by.......ANON
