The KEM tape suggests that it is under vicious short attack. There is going to be very little breathing room when a shark sits at the ask with at least 10K ready to unload - this reminds me of SEV when it came under the string of the orchestrated shorts.

RFMD - hip hip hoorah!

PHCM - started to break down again after it couldn't break above the 100 - 104 resistence band. If history is correct, its downside is at least 20% from here.
