This company is a POS. Plain and simple. They have missed their financial covenants in the recent past, filed for a 10-K reporting extension in April due to their credit problems. Also their declining revenues are an indication of the downfall of their business model. Their severe financial problems will not be solved by the new federal ruling, lots of momos hopping on this dog, will average up if there is a squeeze.

This will be a penny stock when the dust settles.
