Gilder's recommendation likely accounts for the surge in this stock since its IPO June 30. I think it has gone up far too much. Today is the first day that the underwriters' analysts can initiate coverage. The stock is not performing well despite these initiations, and despite the company issuing three press releases. Goldman Sachs in the report issued today projects revenues of $36 million in 2000, and $107 million in 2001. So the stock's market cap, with nearly 90 mm shares and a price around $130, is more than 10 times revenues in 2001.
