Michael---As a banker, you are very familar with "Regulatory Agencies", or should be.
In my personal opinion, the "HOLD-UP" right now with ADVR and Dr H are the SEC and the FDA! Both, of these, being regulatory agencies. I will add that most of their, (FDA & SEC), restrictions, althought contradictory to each other, are probably the right thing--for now! Patience! When we hear something it will probably be "big news"!
