Dell Sunw

$910 $560

Operating Margin
8.5% 11.8%

Per Annum Growth Rate (last 12)
35% 32%

Expected Growth Rate
33% 33%

Expected Server Sales This Qtr
$1.5 bill - expected to surpass SUNW in total Enterprise Sales

It is difficult to imagine that SUNW's PM growth rate would continue at 40% plus per annum given Dell's entry into their space. Dell's ability to leverage their current name and box into this space is incalcuable. We know it is growing at least 50% this qtr. SUNW's other operations - specifically their semi partnerships adding an extra $40 billion in extra market cap premium over Dell is reasonable? What value does one put on Java which is confined to specific programming levels? New languages which engineers prefer using when constructing chipsets, (C/C+), which is Java-like, and also free, has completely taken over at the System On a Chip formation level. Languages come and go very quickly now.
