As of may 15 S & P has CUBE * here is the text from 5/8/97 2:20 pm.. DOWNGRADING C-CUBE MICRO (CUBE 27) INNOVEX (INVX 41) AND MERCURY INTERACTIVE (MERQ 14*) FROM BUY TO HOLD...Tech-laden NASDAQ has outperformed in recent market recovery, but many small-cap shares are still well below year ago levels... Ahead of fed meeting later this month at which interest rates are still widely expected to be raised, see resumption of flight to liquidity which has helped blue chips outperform... With potential for unusual interest rate driven market volatility over next few weeks, would exercise greater caution toward small-cap high techs. /M.Basham Hope this Helps.
