AS per qcom statement 100 mil is 10% of spinco,which will put the total value of all the shares at 1bil.That seems extremely low or am I missing something.Unless they are talking about 100mil shares which still needs to be priced and that would make sense if lets say they they priced it at about $25 to $30 dollars a share.
