Camelot Appoints Worldwide Distributor
DALLAS -- Camelot Corporation (Nasdaq: CAML) announces that its subsidiary Third Planet Publishing, Inc. ("TPP") agreed with DigiPhone International, Ltd. ("DI") to amend the terms of its existing distribution agreement. The amended agreement enables DI to exclusively market DigiPhone(R), VideoTalk(TM) and all other Third Planet products on a worldwide basis. The sales and marketing department will be absorbed by DI. Danny Wettreich and Jeanette Fitzgerald who are Directors of both companies did not participate in any Directors votes in relation to this transaction.
