C-Cube and Divicom = DiviCube. A lot of potential investors miss the fact that it's the combined companies that make up this stock. You can't just look at VCD chips. You can't just look at the promise of DVD chips or the immanent fourth generation of their encoder chip. You also have to look at the settop box designs Divicom provides. The encoder systems Divicom supplies to broadcast and post production houses. Also the Customer training and support that Divicoms DiviSys unit supplies. Looking at it as a whole this is a can't miss company. Yes the stock is under pressure. It has been for a year now. But you have to realize that the world is changing over to Digital Video and DiviCube sit right smack in the middle of it. Bail out if you must, but watch this one very carefully. You might want to reconsider by years end.
