Jay,

Saw the story on DJnews today: a private placement of $75M of convertible preferred, if I recall correctly. Cannot be converted for at least 3 years; conversion price is $42.

What's caused the stock to tank in the last couple of days? Is the market disappointed that earnings were up only 12%? Granted, that's not much of an increase considering the PE for which the stock sells. However, I'm encouraged that sales were up about 35%; hopefully, margins will increase in the future leading to an earnings jump.

PS I vaguely recall your name from some other thread some time ago. Are you "specializing" in Israeli techstocks? What else do you like? Are you familiar with a co called something like Laser Systems?
