DAK, it is not an issue of "plotting" as it is an issue to acomodate the wills of the political branch.

Today he at least admitted that in 1994 he targeted the stock market and then his famous speech in 1996. Rubin got him "re-educated" and that is my point.

AG also admitted that he disregards any "old" economic rules and trade deficits are a signal of a strong economy not of debasing the currency he also said that as long as the US financial market have "supperior returns" he is not worried about the trade deficit. This sentence is utterly idiotic. Foreign capital can leave the market in a week.
