what no volt and Moonies, LOL. It will be hard road back, but now the old QCOM will be able to try new idea's some will fail some will make it, while spinco can focus on the chips and dips with out QCOM wild ideas as baggage. I like it so far, focuses the company, but unless NOK comes to the table or we start to hear new deals because of the spinco, then it's all for nothing and you end up with more overhead. The time frame of the 3G roll-out doesn't change much because of spinco, can't see how it could, that has been one of the factors holding QCOM back. Also, I see as QCOM facing reality of W-CDMA as the pending standard worldwide and the need to cross license.
