I don't have that problem (mostly).

Another plus for deferred tax investing. I can't margin and can only sell covered calls - which, with this volatility, I only do if I think we are near peak levels. This keeps me out of trouble, for which I am thankful.

I do do some options and investing in taxable accounts and use margin, but only for short periods.
