Iraq has been living under sanctions for over seven years yet Iraqi couples are still having thousands of babies knowing full well that these children will not be adequately fed or receive minimal medical attention. Is getting laid and having babies more important to the Iraqis than being able to properly care for these babies? Did the United States put condoms on the sanction list? Or are the Iraqi people extremely selfish and don't give a dam about their children? Would YOU have a baby under those conditions?
