Paul-- Re: check out what they say SPECIFICALLY about SERVERS and Commercial PCs - which are predominantly Intel-based !! Maybe you should have instead made bold, "In the consumer space, Compaq's consumer group rang in with sales of $1.6 billion, representing a 32 percent boost from the year earlier," versus, "Compaq's enterprise computing unit's revenue increase 9 percent year-over-year to $3.4 billion." I won't mention the negative server growth area, since you will, of course, blame that on the "alfalpha." Perhaps your ever resourceful mind will construe this differently, but it looks like the area where Compaq uses AMD grew 32%, while the Intel-only segment grew at an anemic 9%. -Eric
