Hi Robert...I don't do any scanning in SC, I do it all in Q+. But I think what you might need is something like this:

System:
Buy:
Dahl > 0 {in up trend}AND close>= highest(c,89) {highest close in the past 89 days}

You can change the 89 to what ever period you want to look back
I haven't tested that so if it doesn't work yell. The problem I see with finding a stock that hasn't dipped yet is that it might if you buy at the signal. If you're going to wait and watch it for the dip you would be safer IMO. Or you might want to short it....
