Tom, this guy on CNBC sure has caused a lot of speculation on the boards tonight. The argument he made is ridiculous. He stated that 130 million share of JDSU were bought over the last four days and only 52 million will be bought by the index funds tomorrow, and he assumes the 130 will all be sold tomorrow verses the 52 million that needs to be bought. If 130 million shares were bought over the last 4 days weren't 130 million shares already also sold?

It seems to me that there will be a heck of a lot of buying pressure tomorrow. I highly doubt that only the index funds will be buying. Also, JDSU reports after the bell tomorrow and they have already pre-announced better than expected earnings. The only question is how much of an upside surprise will we get. Also, with 2 billion shares authorized there is a lot of splitting potential. We have had two quarters without a split announcement. I believe we are due.

What is your take?
