Paul, notice that Compaq, who I'm sure has shipped more "IBM compatible" PCs than anyone, realizes the future is more in servers and other ways to serve the Internet. Of course they're also staying with the PC big time. You have to branch out and move on, though, when an product area slows in growth. Intel, Compaq, Dell, companies like that, have the war chest to fund it. Tony
