A NOTE TO ALL READERS... Please forgive me if after 11:00 pm eastern time every night that I do not answer questions until about 6 or 7 pm the next day. It is not that I am ignoring anybody, it is simply that I work long hours and need to sleep (sorry). With that in mind I encourage any and all knowledgeable people to help out and answer some of the questions that people ask.
