Even if crucial software patents were included? NOK, imo, would love to assimilate QTC into their organization. More likely, NOK and Q could not come to terms on such a transaction w/r/t essential cdma patent royalties or on that division's market value or a combination of these two issues. Just my best guess, btw.

Now the essential patent royalty disputes are behind us. Let each gsm player decide the true value of Q's asic expertise and whether they want to be part of that.

As Maurice would say, the fun is just beginning.
