Jon,

Your lack of even the most basic financial knowledge never ceases to amaze me. (But then again, I should expect that, given the gaping voids in your self-professed technical expertise.)

For your edification, nearly every public company holds off the filing of its 10-Q to a date very close to the filing deadline (which is always 45 days after the end of the respective fiscal quarter.) This is done for two very good reasons: First, it actually takes quite a bit of time to finalize a financial statement and the accompanying notes. Second, the company is required to report subsequent events that occur right up to the filing date. This means that if you file early, you might occasionally have to file an amended report to reflect some last minute development.

e.Digital will not miss the filing date. To my knowledge, the company has never had a miscue in reporting, under either its current corporate name or its former name (Norris Communications, Inc.)

Why don't you do something productive for a change, like finding a new keypunch operator position? If your skills aren't up the current demands of the marketplace there are plenty of job openings in the food service industry that might suit your talent for serving up slop for digestion by the unwary.
