Do not forget that they are raising their earnings projections to over 100% growth this year. Does that sound like a bad situation to you?

One of my post that addresses this. And with respect to upping the guidance. This is laughable. Robbie Stephens EPS for the Q was $0.09, the same as Q1. Even I can jump over 6 inch hurdles.

ADI is definitely a large contributor to Aware's royalties and is continuing to increase its sales exponentially. The other companies coming on line are going to be icing on the cake to Aware's 100% growth projections.

How can Aware have flat revenue growth in royalties if their customers are growing exponentially? This is a market in hyper-growth. Look at Globespan, Virata and Copper Mountain. Either 1) ADI is losing market share (which I am sure is the case) or 2) Aware's royalty agreements are not favorable since the volume price declines are so steep or 3) there were some major renegotiation of contracts took place.

I am sorry Perry but you are in denial and will regret not selling around $50 when you can. In the next few weeks you will see what happens when institutions jump out of one DSL investment vehicle and into another.

If I am wrong about AWRE being sub-$40 within 20 trading days I will never post on SI again. Otherwise it is my duty to continue to save the individual investor some money.
