Re : Who is the biggest "fabless" semiconductor producer ? (The "absolutely fabulous" fabless producer (?)) On CNBC today around lunchtime, during the segment when Dr. Jacobs was on, the "graphics" CNBC was running in the background said that Qualcomm (or "Spinco") was the 2nd largest "fabless" semiconductor producer. Knowing that CNBC is almost always wrong on everything, my conclusion was : We now know that Qualcomm is definitely NOT the 2nd largest fabless producer. Jon.
