Hi Gus-

I asked a question over on the RB board earlier tonight regarding which GSM chipset manufacturers have a license and pay royalties to IDCC for GSM (specific)IPR incorporated into their chip product. It doesn't seem that the traditional GSM chipset suppliers are licensed....does the IDCC GSM IPR only target subscriber devices for royalty payments?
