One must remember that the SEC was evolved on the sole implicity to weed out, and to interdict probable causes of
stock manipulation and false pretenses. This section of Government was never intended to make laws nor subject
attendees to hide behind their true beleifs in order to
be within the laws of part of a government within a government. There has been past mistakes and inability
to react on those quesitions involved but that does not mean one should regulate a given part of the constitution.
Otherwise it is considered a secret soceity within and beyond government laws. Tis a subject that one must reflect
and figure out before hastening to laws and numbers in a file. Tis a fine line I cross, but also Tis a fine line you cross as well. Be careful in your choices as we are a country based on free speech. A fine line that has yet to be
subjected in forms of Government control...yet must be defined before put into law.. and must be approved by the people for the people..otherwise it is a projection of totaltarism and full control where we have fought so hard to distinguish.
