I saw the last 30 seconds of a John Roth interview on CNBC. The question of how Nortel reacts to the proposed merger of JDSU and SDLI? He said that they supported the ETEK-JDSU merger but they will be taking a close look at this merger over the next two weeks to see how they would respond to the DOJ. 8:20am EST Premarket flashing across CNBC shows JDSU at 127 3/4.
