Thanks Gus. That's what I thought. An uninformed poster was trying to state that the new QCOM Spinco needed to license GSM from IDCC. From the licenses I read it doesn't look like any of the existing GSM chipset manufacturers do, so it doesn't make sense that QCOM would, unless IDCC offered the same IPR for a lower rate.

If you were going to create a GSM chipset, who would you go to for IPR? Siemens, MOT, ERICY, ???? Thoughts?
