As I said, Shrillers national sales tax would cause a substantial decrease in charitable giving. Adam Smith clearly agrees, thank you NEO. Democrats alone, although they are a successful bunch, could not support all non religious charities on their own. Once again, e-bill is proven to be impetuous.
