BE, I am pretending, but then again... I just don't follow your reasoning that TA predicted Spinco. What TA may have done is show reaction to a rumor, a strong rumor that has been around for a while. It turns out the rumor had some substance, but wasn't accurate. If the rumor had been false, TA would have, perhaps, still shown reaction ot the rumor, but that would have been a "TA head fake".
