No, the destruction of individual rights (I really don't give a shot about state's rights) was the direct result of the war on drugs and GOP federal judge appointments and GOP created legislation. You blame "socialism" for the destruction of state's rights...that is your opinion and you may have a point on some level. Like I said, however, I don't care. I care about individual rights and privacy.
