TK wins in spite of the problems taht you attribute to him. Newt, with smaller problems, couldn't hack it and quit. He is a loser by virtue of being a quitter. I may not agree with Trent Lott on many issues, but he is a "winner" in a political sense. He "won" his office. By that definition he is a winner. Tom DeLay is similarly a "winner", but I suspect that his days in Congress are numbered. When his inadequacies catch up with him and he loses he will be a loser. This is a self fullfilling prophecy for DeLay.
