Yes, good news, but on a crummy day. Looks like folks are waiting to see what warrants are issued and what the lock-up terms are. We'll have to check out the 8-K. Having been through the winding up of a couple of estates, I can safely say that it's a slow process, and if there are no plans to sell stock from it now, then it won't happen for a good while. Of course, if the stock takes off, that would change, and also be a nice problem to have.
Edit: Looking at the PR, I see the investors already got a discount, so hopefully there weren't any warrants. Still curious about the lock-ups.
