Who gives a rat's ass who originally developed Ziscam. The fact is that GUMM is manufacturing, marketing , and distristributing it and are directly involved in the patent infringement suit. I seem to recall that GUMM's lawyers tried to argue that the suit should be thrown out but the Judge ruled that Quigley's claims had enough merit to proceed. Only a moron like you would claim that creating yet another zinc product to treat colds is not a form of imitation.

I see. So Smith-Kline is the only entity that ever filed a patent on the use of nicotine gum? A brief patent search at the US Patent and Trademark Office's web site reveals that three nicotine gum related patents have been filed since 1994 and are still enforcable. Seems to me that you're the ignorant one here.

Here's an interesting fact for all you Danny "The Shill" fan's. In this post he says the following:

"I believe..." 5 times

"I'm confident..." 1 time

"...most likely sell..." 1 time

In other words, 99% of GUMM's value is still based on undelivered promises and the longs "belief" that someday they will actually make money.
