As far as better opportunities, I think RAD (another of Mr. P$nk's favorites) offers substantially less risk with an equal reward. Other than that, I can't think of any (of course, there are plenty of companies in equally bad shape, but they all trade at $1.50 and have no shares available). If you find a different company that is fairly certain to file chapter 11 within six months and that still has shares available, please let me know.
